Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Grey Wolf Gallery. Because many of our pieces are handmade, one of a kind, or collectible, all returns are subject to the following policy.

Return Deadlines

  • Refunds: Eligible items may be returned within two calendar days of purchase. For online orders, the two-day period begins on the date the carrier marks the order as delivered.

  • Store credit: Eligible items returned after two days but within seven calendar days may receive store credit.

  • After seven days: Returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credits will not be accepted.

A 20% restocking fee applies to every accepted return and will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Return Eligibility

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Returned with its original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot locate a transaction using a credit card number alone because we do not retain customers’ complete payment-card information.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry or merchandise that has been sized, altered, engraved, repaired, customized, or changed in any way

  • Custom-made or special-order merchandise

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Food, incense, sage, magazines, and other consumable or perishable products

  • Merchandise that shows signs of wear, use, damage, or improper handling

Online Returns

Online returns require prior authorization from Grey Wolf Gallery. Contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] within the applicable return period and include your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and secure packaging. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Grey Wolf Gallery is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an online order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Approved claims involving damaged or incorrect merchandise will not be charged a restocking fee.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

By completing a purchase from Grey Wolf Gallery, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, Grey Wolf Gallery will notify you by email that the item has been received. We will then confirm whether the return has been approved or rejected based on our Return Policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable 20% restocking fee and any nonrefundable shipping charges. After a refund is processed, it may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take several business days to post.

  3. Contact your bank to confirm whether the refund is still being processed.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at greywolfgallery@gmail.com with your name, order number, and purchase date.

Sale Items

All sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, except where required by law. Only regularly priced items are eligible for return under our Return Policy.

Exchanges

Grey Wolf Gallery only offers exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or incorrectly shipped. Contact us at greywolfgallery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will replace the item with the same item when available. Because many of our pieces are handmade or one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available. In that case, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Do not return merchandise without prior authorization. Approved returns should be securely packaged and sent according to our instructions to:

Grey Wolf Gallery
7239 East First Avenue
Scottsdale, Arizona 85251
United States

Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, improper care, sizing, alteration, or modification are not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

Do not ship merchandise to Grey Wolf Gallery without prior return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Approved returns must be securely packaged and mailed to:

Grey Wolf Gallery
7239 East First Avenue
Scottsdale, Arizona 85251

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If Grey Wolf Gallery provides a prepaid return label, its cost may be deducted from your refund or store credit.

All returns should be sent using a trackable shipping service and insured for the item’s full purchase value. Grey Wolf Gallery is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. A refund or store credit cannot be issued for merchandise we do not receive in eligible condition.

Delivery times for replacement items vary depending on availability, destination, and the shipping carrier.
